A Little About
Myself.

I live in Queenstown on the West Coast of Tasmania. I am dedicated towards extending my life expectancy, through such companies as Renue by Science’s liposomal supplements mainly, to the point of achieving “longevity escape velocity”. At that point I will have escaped the gravity well of death and transcended my own mortality.

Reversing ageing will soon be possible:

[Update: Reversing ageing is already possible via two different methods already in 2024!]

‘’With an approach like the one Belmonte lays out [using Yamanaka factors] in the new study, theoretically “you could have one treatment and go back 10 or 20 years,” he says. If aging starts to catch up to you again, you simply get another treatment.’ (“Scientific American”)

Amazing!

And there is a stack of supplements which I am about to take that can reverse my epigenetic age by 6.5 years. (See the YouTube video below.) This has been proven on humans and stage 2 clinical trials will be completed in late 2024.

[Update: The results released late 2024 revealed that you can just keep using this method to reverse your age indefinitely. There is another YouTube video on this follow up study. I have been using this method for over a year along with numerous other supplements, over 35 supplements at present. Eg. Metformin substitutes for, mimics and produces the same effects as calorie restriction, as does Spermidine replace fasting for polyamine supplementation.]

And I discovered another study today (19th October, 2024), that claims that biological age was reversed by 8 years from taking a CaAKG supplement for 7 months. I have already greatly increased my CaAKG dosage recently and am now taking it twice daily and I am now adding AAKG, which combines Argenine, which boosts Human Growth Hormone, and AKG, which is proven to extend longevity in mice by 42%.

Here is the study:

https://longevity.technology/news/new-study-shows-supplement-decreases-biological-age-by-8-years/

DON’T SUBJECT YOURSELF TO FASTING!

I did a bit of quick research and I discovered that new research shows that the beneficial effects of fasting via autophagy (eradication of senescent cells) is not caused by the fasting itself but by the re-feeding, following fasting.

Also, the research paper I looked at said that there is a danger (in mice, at least) that in the refeeding process, if you are unlucky enough to ingest a mutagenic food substance (eg burnt steak) then this can promote the growth of cancer.

And also intermittent fasting, as popularised and practised by the late, famous BBC presenter, Michael Mosley, who died of heat stress (heart failure) while holidaying on a Greek island, has been found in mid 2024, in a huge meta-study, released about the time of Michael Mosley’s death from heart failure, to greatly increase the risk of heart failure. Of course the mainstream media has completely ignored this connection to his death, between intermittent fasting, which he practiced, and his death from heat stress (heart failure)!

The study on fasting that I looked at (referenced below) said that the beneficial effects of refeeding can be obtained without these risks of cancer by supplementing with polyamine supplements instead.

I didn’t know what polyamine supplements were so I looked that up and found a second research paper making the very same claim and they stated it was Spermidine.

They also said you could, alternatively, use a polyamine precursor and they cited Argenine, along with a bifidobacterium supplement to produce polyamines as an alternative method for obtaining polyamine through biosynthesis rather than direct supplementation with Spermidine.

They said that polyamine synthesis in the body decreases with age. And they also said that increasing levels of polyamine increases life expectancy and is well known to improve cognitive function. They said that since the 21st Century there is a lot of excitement about polyamine supplementation.

So that was great news to me because I am doing all of those things already.

I am also producing autophagy using liposomal Fisetin, Quercetin and Apigenin supplements, all naturally occurring flavonoids. And I am taking NAC, Taurine, Collagen peptides, NADH powder - in an inexpensive laboratory supply form; and CaAKG, being my most highly recommended supplements.

But that is because I do everything I can. But my most essential supplementation is not for the purposes of extending life expectancy, which I am very positive about, but, as I said, in actually reversing ageing, of which there are only two known scientifically proven methods - HBOT treatment (or living underwater) and the other one through taking several supplements, as explained in that one video (below).

These are my sources proving that fasting (which I would never, ever submit myself to) is old hat!

Just be sure if you use this age reversal method, shown in this video, to balance your zinc supplementation with copper supplementation, as zinc supplementation causes copper deficiency. And you definitely don’t want copper deficiency! There is a formula for the right balance between zinc and copper telling you how much copper to supplement alongside zinc that is easily findable online.

And I found taking capsules of Human Growth Hormone-boosting supplements to be far easier in the long term than taking powders, which is a bit disgusting after a while in my opinion.

*************************************************

All but human growth hormone used in the method shown in the video below can be obtained online, but human growth hormone can be boosted by 682% by taking one of two or both peptide supplements, GABA, and/or L-Argenine (especially with L-Lysine), both of which can be dissolved in water or a beverage.

[Also, look at the ingredients in HgH-boosting supplements sold online. As a result I started taking bovine colostrum as well!]

Here is a video link on this proven method of age-reversal from Physionic with the ingredients for the stack and daily dosages they used.

HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBER

1.8 ATA - 12 p.s.i.

And I am selling my medical grade hyperbaric chamber. It is calibrated to 1.8 ATA.

You can see the advertisement here on ebay.

*********************************************

(Removed from ebay after just one week-long auction due to their policy that this is a prescription item under the FDA and Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) even though I purchased it on ebay.com in January 2021. So if you want a medical grade hyperbaric oxygen chamber this is a very rare chance to buy one at a very reasonable price.)

Compare: Used FlexiLite 1.5 ATA only for US$12,995 (Equivalent to A$19,103.95 on 24/12/2023 plus shipping.) Oxygen concentrator is an extra US$1,200 (A$1,764.12) Total: $20,868.12 + shipping.
************************************************

FlexiLite Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.

This is a FlexiLite Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber that I imported from the original owner in January 2021 and paid approximately A$16,800 for, including competitive shipping, on Ebay.com .

It was professionally upgraded to perform at 1.8 ATA or 12 p.s.i. (see image) for which this device is officially certified.

Therefore it falls into the “medical grade” class of hyperbaric chambers, above the usual ones on offer which are usually 1.3 - 1.4 ATA. At those levels oxygen can infuse into the bloodstream.

I purchased this chamber because I wanted to use it for age reversal therapy as there was a study in Israel that showed that immersion in a medical grade hyperbaric chamber lengthened telomeres and removed zombie or senescent cells.

However, I was unable to do so as there were two defects that I needed to repair or modify due to Australian conditions and I do not have ready access to that expertise in my small remote Tasmanian town.

The two things that need repairing are:

1. When I opened one of the boxes I accidentally sheared off the brown controller knob on one of the two ANDI oxygen concentrators (see photos). I asked for help from my electrician and he said he thought the medical equipment technician whose job it was to repair medical equipment at the local hospital could probably fix it, but he hasn’t gotten back to me on that. However, even if it is not repaired the oxygen flow could probably be regulated sufficiently with just one oxygen concentrator turned on full and the oxygen flow regulated with the knob on the other one, as the two streams of oxygen are combined into one tube in a “Y” junction.

2. The other defect is with the compressor used to inflate the chamber. It is a U.S. compressor wired for U.S. 220v 60hz AC power and the compressor therefore needs to be rewired to suit Australian 240v 50hz power and cycles. I asked my electrician, who had the compressor for a long time, to do this for me but he didn’t get around to it. I subsequently found out that the problem can also be solved more easily by purchasing a VFD or variable frequency device which can change the power frequency from 60hz to 50hz. These are readily available online and cost a few hundred dollars. If voltage is also an issue I have a 220v to 240v step up transformer which I obtained with great difficulty which is also included in the sale.

So the prospective buyer must be beware that the device is not operable unless and until these two defects are rectified at the buyer’s expense and with the buyer’s own resources.

The photo of the chamber fully inflated to 1.8 ATA was taken by the seller in Arkansas immediately before she shipped out the chamber to me, so that is your proof that it is otherwise fully functional.

Included is everything I received from her which is:

1. 1.8 ATA FlexiLite hyperbaric chamber.

2. Two ANDI oxygen compressors for the device (120V) .

3. A blue mattress that fits inside the chamber.

4. All the framework for the chamber.

5. A heavy blue metal mobility frame to facilitate entry and exit from the hyperbaric chamber.

6. All the cables and the pneumatic tubing for the air compressor and tubes used for the oxygen concentrators.

7. An oxygen mask and tubes (purchased separately).

8. Air compressor that is suited to the chamber (but which is wired for U.S.A. AC power)..

9. I also separately purchased a 240v to 2 x 120v outlet transformer for the two oxygen concentrators, which the buyer can have too.

NOTE: There is a video on YouTube which shows how to assemble the FlexiLite Hyperbaric Chamber.

I cannot send it as it is too bulky. This hyperbaric oxygen chamber will have to be picked up by the buyer from:

£££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

I am selling my house at
18 Jenico Street, Queenstown Tasmania 7467

XXXThe price is $305,000 or best offerXXX

Reduced to $247,500

I need to go to England very soon!
Make me an offer!

Consider that a $225,000 loan at 5.97% over 30 years would be repayments of only $1,355 per month, or $316.17 a week, much less than renting in a city, and with no evictions and no rent increases. And, soon, inflation might make repayments a whole lot easier even than this! It could be a work from home opportunity to buy a first home or retire?

DESCRIPTION

Close to town but a beautiful natural location with no neighbours except for a Bed & Breakfast at no.20 which is sometimes let overnight. The house on the other side at no.16 has been derelict for over 10 years. There is a pristine creek and unowned rainforest across the street, which is a peaceful cul-de-sac with very little traffic. An occasional pademelon has been seen on the lawn and there are possums and many species of birds. The house is on 967 sq metres of land and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a 3m x 3m colorbond shed and one parking space. It is partly renovated with a modern kitchen and a huge pantry and lots of cupboard space, a condenser dryer and a black glass-door refrigerator under grey marble laminate bench tops, and the kitchen also has a new pine ceiling with four stylish light fixtures connected independently to two light switches. The house has newly installed 6.66kW solar power system solar panels on the roof, a new efficient Hydrotherm heat pump hot water system and an 8kW reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room, and the electricity is very modern with lots of new power points installed throughout the house. All the doors in the house, including external doors, are new. It comes with a 150” motorised remote controlled projector screen in the lounge room and a curved screen wall mounted 65” smart tv and a Dolby Atmos sound system in the bedroom, which is beautifully renovated in deep red with a pine ceiling, a gothic light fixture matching the lounge room light fixture, and is fully carpeted. The hall is also renovated in egg yolk yellow with a new pine ceiling and both hall and bedroom lights can be independently controlled from your bed via wifi with Amazon Alexa or another smart-home device. The toilet is renovated and funky. The house foundations are all newly installed and the house is as solid as a rock, but vertical orientation black midnite Colorbond cladding added to the exterior for a few thousand dollars would make it look very art-house and cool (… just a suggestion!). It’s a doer upper!

Internet is NBN fibre to the node (FTTN) with download speed of 42Mbps. NBN offered to connect fibre (7/3/23) with a discount plan and I signed up for the 100/20 plan but then today (13/3/23) they said they could not proceed after all but as a gesture of good faith retained my six-month plan discount. They said they will contact me again when this situation changes. So at present time fibre is not being provided.

Main defects are the laundry and bathroom: The bathroom was renovated but needs another upgrade and the laundry has mould on the walls (which washes off with borax and water, or even just water). You can fix that by installing Mr Wet Wall panelling over the top of the existing panelling if and when you decide to renovate the laundry and bathroom. The lounge room and second bedroom (storage room) have not been renovated but there is a renovator who knows how to compensate for irregular Queenstown building angles, who is an excellent renovator, and who has done most of the renovations for this house, and who, conveniently, lives just two doors away, and who might be persuaded to finish the house off. He recently built a deck for this house upon which you can relax in a deck chair and enjoy the beautiful view of natural rainforest across the road and behind you.

If you want to run a business as well I saw that no. 20 (a B&B next door) was advertised for sale on a business real estate site so my house would be a perfect location to use as a live-in office for running a bed and breakfast, and maybe you could snap up no.16 too, which was sold at the Council unpaid rates auction in April 2022 as “land only” for $90,000: I think it would be a good location to use as a helipad for air-taxis!

It could be anything between a billionaire’s apocalyptic bug out location to a new vision for how eco-tourists could just fly-in via a drone vehicle for a long weekend and borrow a car just like borrowing an electric scooter (with “find my car” tracking) instead of driving all the way here. And e-scooters and mobility scooters too!

This is the most beautiful place to live in Queenstown, without exception, at the heart of the Tasmanian World Heritage Wilderness Area.

This house is the key property!!!

See my Contact page
for contact details to contact me if you wish to discuss your interest in buying my house and land.
(Internal living space 68 sq. m. Plus porch and deck and 3m x 3m shed; Land area 967 sq.m.).

Also, note that my preferred bank, the Commonwealth Bank, with which I have my home loan, offers a $500 discount on conveyancing.

Flying the flag of freedom - freedom is what you will find here! Retirees! This is your dream come true!

I am also enthralled by the great unknown that lies before humanity - the technological singularity. Before that mystery unravels, as Elon Musk predicted it would in 2025, we will see a great acceleration of technological advancement, an exponential increase in human knowledge. I naturally find that very exciting!

The Singularity is a “known unknown”. It could bring universal utopia, it could transform us into something different, maybe god-like, but it could also be the end of civilisation, even of our species. We have no way to know what will happen, but humans cannot bear not to do it.

An Italian company claims to have calculated the precise date of the Singularity as being 2027.
This date is later than Elon Musk predicts, 2025, but not much later. But the estimated date keeps getting closer and closer so while they have precisely calculated, based upon today’s knowledge, that the Singularity will arrive in 2027, I think unforeseen developments will make it sooner. I still think Elon Musk is right.

This is a video by Cold Fusion investigating ChatGPT and discussing what would come next:

What I learned from this video is that videos generated by an A.I. will be indistinguishable from reality in two years.

Also, in two years, (the beginning of 2025) A.I. will be able to do science, perhaps (it can already write computer programs) and then science will develop “1,000 times faster”, according to Open AI.

If that is the case then we will be living in the Singularity, in my opinion, in early 2025.

Imagine if such technology appears in December 2024. Then if science develops 1,000 times faster then, scientifically, by March 2025, we will be 250 years into the future. That is the technological singularity!

Then we will live indefinitely! (In what form or forms is yet a mystery.) But we should be virtually immortal material beings.

BRILLIANT LIGHT POWER
Brilliant Light Power’s TPV Sun Cell
With Brilliant Light Power’s TPV Sun Cell installed in humanoid robots, robots that look like us will be able to mix in society with us without needing to recharge.

What will that be like?

There will be no acute range-anxiety, that comes with lithium-ion batteries: How often does your smart phone need to be recharged? Humanoid robots will have large computers to navigate like driverless cars, such as Tesla’s FSD computer, and powerful synthetic muscles or servo-mechanisms to fetch and carry for us, and so will will be severely range-restricted if they have to rely on batteries.

The size of the Tesla FSD autopilot computer, which will also be used for the Optimus Subprime humanoid robot, means it is very power-hungry:

“In the earlier versions of Tesla’s Autopilot, the system relied on chips from Nvidia. Back when Tesla launched Autopilot 2.0, Tesla noted that the computer had the computing power of around 150 MacBook Pros. Then in 2019, Tesla replaced that chip with a new one that Tesla itself designed. This chip delivers 21 times the performance of the previous chip. So, 150 MacBook Pros multiplied by 21 (= 3150 MacBook Pros) with the added bonus of a lower cost while requiring just a bit more power.” …(“Clean Technica”)

Even Tesla car batteries can be completely drained by the FSD computer, even when the car is not even in use, so what impact would normal use by a humanoid robot’s computer systems have on the robot’s much smaller batteries, before even considering the additional power needed for movement?

“… many people plug in to charge over night and do not see the impact of vampire drain although over the course of a year it can be quite considerable. Where the issue is most noticeable is when leaving the car for more than a couple of days and not on charge. A typical example might be at an airport long stay car park when going off on a 2 week vacation. The wrong settings could mean you return to a flat battery. This has also become more of a problem with the introduction of features like sentry mode and the increased number of 3rd party applications that may keep pinging the car and are not good at respecting the car going to sleep.” … (“Minimise Tesla Vampire battery drain”).

With Brilliant Light Power’s TPV Sun Cells installed inside them humanoid robots will have limitless power and no restrictions on where they can roam and what they can do for us. They will be able to walk down city streets, travel in cars and buses, catch trains, and even fly to where they need to work. They will “provide continuous ubiquitous labour at almost zero cost” as Randell Mills confirmed in an e-mail, a brief chain of correspondence which I have consequently immortalised as an NFT as it captures for the first time an unparalleled historical point in history - the end of physical work! All human physical activity will, instead, because of this amazing technological breakthrough, be optional and creative!

Humans will finally be free of toil! A new era of unlimited leisure is about to begin!

Elon Musk said that his Optimus Subprime humanoid robot will be able to go to the store for you. If and when the “End to Work” NFT is sold I will ask the purchaser to retain a link to it on this site to continue to promote it and so that I, the creator of the NFT, can connect with it.

Included is a zip archive containing a pdf file and an .EML file. The owner will have copyright over the digital correspondence and so will be entitled to reproduce, market, display and merchandise it. (The Open Sea version contains a link to the zip archive containing both files, while the Mintable version currently contains only a pdf file but within the NFT itself.

Of course, to sell more than one of these versions would be fraudulent and I have no intention to do that. It would be like selling the same piece of land to two different people. It would constitute fraud. The NFT - which is a contract on blockchain - can only legally be between myself and one other person based on my understanding of the law. Only one person at a time can own this document and have copyright.)

I am willing to accept an offer of ETH78. (That is currently about $445,697 Australian dollars or US$317,968.) There are also 10% royalties included on any future sales of this NFT.

What is its true value?

Just consider for a moment that the value of a formative paper concerning the great Albert Einstein’s scientific theory, written by him, is selling for millions of Euros, and that this minimalist e-mail correspondence between Dr. Randell Mills and myself announces the freeing of humanity from the toil of the ages through what he has dubbed “New Fire” and is therefore far more important than Einstein’s notes but at this time in Randell Mills’ fame as a brilliant scientist it is priced for much less.

Yes, this discovery is comparable to the discovery of fire! Consider also that this “New Fire” is derived from the technologically advanced and controlled creation of Hydrinos, or, dark matter, which Randell Mills discovered, created and used, all in scientific oblivion.

Then consider, as well, that Dr. Randell Mills has also written “The Grand Unified Theory of Classical Physics”, which disproves quantum mechanics (the very existence of the Hydrino he discovered disproves QM) and shows that quantum theory is false as it is fully interpretable mathematically in terms of classical physics. He provides mathematical, peer reviewed, proofs for this scientifically revolutionary claim in his book and his theory can be confirmed experimentally.

“From within this frame of reference, GUT-CP unwinds the mysteries of quantum theory. GUT-CP is not a “hidden variables” interpretation of the formalism of quantum theory, rather, it is a new classical theory based on Maxwell’s Equations and Newton’s Laws. It explains canonical experiments of quantum mechanics such as the double-slit experiments and the Aspect experiments classically.” - THEORY OVERVIEW.

This correspondence is also digital, and, therefore, is almost indestructible, unlike paper, which is vulnerable to the ravages of time and accidental loss such as through mould-infection, and brittleness and yellowing through ageing. It is, arguably, also, of extreme historical symbolic significance, because it announces the end of human labour and provides for how that can be achieved, with Randell Mills’ own amazing invention.

It would therefore be much more intrinsically valuable, in my opinion, than just one of many of Albert Einstein’s scientific essays, a mathematician and physicist who is, perhaps, overrated? (At least in comparison to Randell Mills.) So it “could be” a good investment? You decide!

Albert Einstein’s handwritten notes for the theory of relativity fetched a record 11.6 million euros (US$13 million) at an auction in Paris on Tuesday [23/11/2021]. (“Science Alert”) …Read more here!

The beautiful view of the National Park from my deck, where I spend most of my days in Summer. This house and this magnificent view could not have been possible without the help and support of the Australian government which enabled me to buy this house under the First Home Owner Scheme Boost in 2008-2009. And, essential to my survival and success, it has supported me through so much adversity that the Australian Public Service, for which I worked for six and a half years as a Clerk Class 1, created, by compensating me with a disability support pension. • People could travel to Mars as tourists, as well as throughout the solar system, in a mere matter of days and weeks.
  • The research prediction has been verified by Dr. Randell Mills: a highly qualified scientist, inventor of the Sun Cell, and CEO of Brilliant Light Power.

Brilliant Light Power has conducted research which could change the way space travel is viewed. Dr. Randell Mills, CEO of the New Jersey-based energy company, has confirmed that by using laser-hydrogen propulsion (or laser-thermal propulsion), people could travel outer space to Mars in just a day. Sit back, relax, and watch in-flight movies as on a present-day long-haul flight between Sydney and London. This would be possible through the use of TPV Sun Cells, to power an on-board laser. The laser would fire continuously, increasing hydrogen propellant to higher temperatures than 10,000°K, as compared to an Earth-based laser, which can fire for just 58 minutes.

The research found that a trip to Mars would take just one day at 2G acceleration and deceleration using the TPV Sun Cells developed by Brilliant Light Power to power an on-board laser. The idea is to utilize hydrogen and heat it to a very high temperature as a propellant, employing a laser to heat the element, thus driving the spacecraft forward in a similar way that steam is heated from a steam kettle.

The method reported on in the media, however, based on research led by McGill graduate and current MSc Aerospace Engineering student at TU Delft, Emmanuel Duplay, states that a journey to Mars would take 45 days. This research was in collaboration with Associate Professor Andrew Higgins, as well as other researchers with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at McGill University. The study, titled, ‘Design of a rapid transit to Mars mission using laser-thermal propulsion’ was recently submitted to the journal ‘Astronomy & Astronomy’.

This study states:
“A recent NASA solicitation seeking revolutionary propulsion for rapid, deep-space transit identified a number of candidate missions of interest: traversing the distance between Earth orbit and Mars orbit in no more than 45 days, traversing a distance of 5 AU in no more than one year, traversing a distance of 40 AU in no more than 5 years, and traversing a distance of 125 AU in no more than 10 years …”

The main difference between the study by McGill, and Dr. Randell Mills’ research into providing transit to Mars in a day, is that the McGill method uses a ground-based laser array. Comparatively, the Mills method would be able to provide an on-board ship-based laser running on tiny quantities of water as fuel. A ground-based laser array only heats the fuel for 58 minutes, whereas an on-board laser would not have such limitations. Brilliant Light Power can supply the needed energy at an extremely high-power density.

By using this method of laser-hydrogen, or laser-thermal, propulsion (laser-thermal) and current technology, you could theoretically, practically, and technologically feasibly travel to Mars in just one day, by using an on-board laser, as well as sufficient fuel. This method would make it possible to send fifty astronauts or passengers to Mars, in a 100-ton spacecraft with a 6% payload – in just a day.

There would be little food and drink required for the trip, and due to the short duration of the trip, there would also be low radiation exposure. At 2G acceleration and deceleration en-route to Mars and back, one would weigh twice as much on-board the spaceship as on Earth, but activities on the ship would require little exertion.

Hypothetically, this method means the entire Solar System can be explored in a mere matter of days and weeks; even if no more fuel was used and a period of weightlessness had to be endured on the spacecraft, as the speed of the spaceship would not decrease by very much.

Brilliant Light Power’s TPV Sun Cells
Brilliant Light Power could produce 60 million Sun Cells in just one year – enough to replace all power generation world-wide! They have recently produced a proven 1.14-megawatt TPV Sun Cell.
